Over the past year, we’ve seen the growing demands of our business reflected in the needs of our people — how we hire, how we train, and how we deliver quality across functions. In response, we’ve strategically expanded the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Quality teams to operate at a higher capacity and greater global scale.

This evolution isn’t just about headcount — it’s about strengthening our foundations with the right structure, roles, and capabilities to support Marcus Evans Group’s continued growth and performance expectations.

With team members across Hyderabad, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo, Cape Town, San Diego, Nicosia, and more, our expanded structure ensures we are equipped to:

Deliver faster, more regionally aligned hiring
Scale learning with consistency and relevance
Embed quality into every part of the employee experience

The updated department structure reflects this enhanced capability, deeper specialisation, and broader geographic coverage.

Under the leadership of Jacqui Smale (Asia) and Ellie Brooks (Europe), we are excited to announce the launch of our new Production Division at the Mumbai office.

This strategic expansion strengthens our event execution capabilities and reinforces our commitment to delivering exceptional value to our clients across regions.

Event Highlights for North America Summits

The last few months have been quite busy for North America! We ended the first half of 2025 with a lot of events taking place all over the country including Dallas, Fort Lauderdale, Boston, Chicago and Washington. All events were very successful with various highlights such as the steak dinner at one of Boston’s most exclusive steakhouses, RARE. What’s next? Event Highlights for APAC Summits

Another highly successful quarter for our Japanese events, with highlights including the champagne tower at the CIO May Japan Summit and the hugely popular bingo night at the HR Japan Summit. Well done to the team for their innovative ideas and outstanding execution!

The APAC Summits team had some busy months. We successfully ran three Australian summits at the Gold Coast and one event as part of our new Asian summits’ portfolio.

The CMO Asia Summit was a great example of intercultural experiences for the team internally, as we had staff members of seven different nationalities working together, which made it extra special.

The team is now enjoying a short break and preparing for the summits scheduled for the upcoming season.
