Beach Volleyball
As we kicked off another summertime Chi, we joined the Chicago Sport & Social Club’s corporate beach volleyball tournament. This activity has provided us a playful yet challenging environment where essential teamwork skills are naturally practiced and reinforced.
Beach Day
The beach day is only a 10-minute walk from our office so we take advantage of that every summer.
Rooftop Happy Hour
​Can’t let a summertime Chi go without a good ol’ rooftop happy hour! We had a good time together taking in the breathtaking views and building stronger personal connections.
San Diego
The San Diego team kicked off the summer with a team outing to a baseball game. We celebrated a Padres win and watched fireworks over the stadium.

Mother’s Day
​A day of relaxation for the 16 wonderful mothers in the office! Moms were treated to a personal massage session, and cupcakes of course… what a great way to say “You are appreciated”.
Father’s Day
Father’s Day was not business as usual for the amazing fathers in the office. They spent the afternoon dad bonding with delicious food, as they enjoyed a special meal together out of the office.

Internal IPL-Themed Sales Competition
As part of our ongoing employee engagement and performance initiatives, we conducted an Indian Premier League (IPL) themed sales competition within the office. The sales team was divided into groups, each named after popular IPL cricket teams, bringing a fun and competitive spirit to our workplace.
This initiative, which has been an existing part of our internal programs, not only boosted team collaboration but also drove sales performance through a gamified approach. Top performers and winning teams were rewarded with attractive incentives, further motivating staff to excel in their roles.
London
On July 4, the Conferences team came together for a focused teambuilding day designed to strengthen collaboration, communication, and commercial thinking.
The day began with a series of group activities covering key skills such as effective presentation, teamwork, objection handling, and probing and matching. A highlight of the morning was a Dragon’s Den-style session, where teams pitched new business ideas, showcasing creativity and strategic thinking.
In the afternoon, the team took part in a themed murder mystery activity set against the backdrop of a 4th of July BBQ. Each team member adopted a character role with an individual script, and the group worked together to uncover the culprit.
The day provided a valuable opportunity to build stronger working relationships, encourage informal interaction, and reinforce our collaborative team culture.
July 3-4, the London Summits team took the opportunity to take some time out to reflect and take stock with two days centred around setting the standard we want from the team. There was a clear focus on how hitting that standard requires input from everyone, some goal setting (both as a team through the end of the fiscal year, and on a personal front), and how achieving our goals at work aligns with achieving personal goals outside of it. Further to these points, was some reflection on how all the teams within the division around the world contribute to our brilliant end product, and how we as SP sales fit into that.
As always, we coupled this with some fun and good food too — enjoying the glorious weather London was experiencing and getting outside, heading to Hyde Park and taking advantage of the green space in central London to play a series of problem solving / team-based games. It was a great chance to take pause and get ahead of the final quarter!
Cyprus
​This year’s summer outing took place at the Beachouse Dome in Ayia Napa for a fun and relaxing day including a friendly padel tournament. Congrats to Raya Ivanova and Antoine Bou Raad for taking the win!
