Hyderabad
Hyderabad welcomes global colleagues
The Hyderabad office recently played host as Katerina Kontou and Veronica Tsikka from the Cyprus office visited for a firsthand look at the team in action. The visit was an opportunity to connect beyond the usual calls and emails — sharing ideas and exchanging perspectives. Their visit was a good reminder of how connected this network really is. Video calls get the job done, but sitting across the table together builds something calls can't. The office came away from the week with extra energy and a stronger sense of being part of something bigger than just the Hyderabad team.
Welcoming new faces to the Hyderabad office
The Hyderabad team grew a little bigger this quarter, with five new colleagues joining across different roles. We are delighted to welcome Vivek Shah, Senior Motion Graphics, Video & Content Creator; Vandana Mandhapuram, Associate Learning & Quality Specialist; Ushoshi Bose, Junior Learning & Quality Analyst; Kashvee Gill, Associate Learning & Quality Specialist; and Anwesha Das, Learning and Talent Coordinator. It’s always a good sign when a team keeps expanding, and we’re looking forward to seeing what each of them brings to the table in the months ahead.
A warm welcome to all of you — here’s to many good days ahead, working alongside a team that’s ready to have you in it.

Updates from the North America Summits team
And before we knew it, another incredible season of North American Summits was in the books!
Seven weeks. Twenty-one individual programs. Thousands of meetings. Countless moments worth celebrating.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so we’ll let the photos in the Event Highlights section tell the story, as it has been an exceptional couple of months for the North American Summits Team.
Across five states, the team successfully delivered 21 individual programs—an incredible achievement that reflects the dedication, resilience, and teamwork of everyone involved. During this period, the team facilitated more than 3,800 meetings and welcomed over 500 attendees representing a diverse range of industries.
Of course, our events are about more than business meetings and keynote presentations. Attendees also had the opportunity to unwind, connect with their peers, and enjoy a variety of memorable networking experiences, including a Hawaiian Luau, FIFA World Cup-themed evenings, steakhouse dinners, and Sunset Casino Nights.
The successful delivery of these programs was made possible through close collaboration across multiple departments, all working seamlessly together to create outstanding experiences for our attendees.
As we look ahead, the momentum continues. With a strong pipeline of events already taking shape, the team is gearing up for an equally busy and exciting second half of 2026.

London & Mumbai conference teams
During the first week of June, the team enjoyed a highly successful week in New York, delivering three events for the financial services community under the GFMI division: the 24th Third Party Risk Management Conference, the inaugural AI in Risk Management Conference, and the 10th Operational Resilience Conference. Across the three events, delegates explored key topics including third-party risk oversight, the responsible adoption of AI in risk management, and strengthening operational resilience across critical services.
A huge thank you to everyone involved in making these events a success. From the producers who shaped the agendas and secured industry-leading speakers, to the sales, marketing and operations teams who worked behind the scenes to drive attendance and ensure seamless delivery, this achievement was truly a collaborative effort. Special recognition also goes to the on-site team, whose hard work and professionalism helped create an outstanding experience for attendees throughout the week.

Rabat
We are thrilled to announce the opening of a new office in Rabat, Morocco, in early April. We are excited to build a DA and ADE team that will serve the US market. Currently we are eight members of staff.
In June, Kristina Ipokratova, Head of Delegate Marketing, Summits, visited us from the Cyprus office. The team attended the Morocco – Haiti game in a fan zone, which was a great team building experience.

HR Japan
The Linguarama perspective
Attending the HR Summit in Tokyo, organised by Marcus Evans Summits, was a fantastic opportunity to represent Linguarama at one of our Group’s flagship events. Bringing together around 150 senior HR professionals from organisations including Amazon Japan, Canon and Mitsui Sumito Insurance, the two-day summit combined thought-provoking discussions on leadership, talent development and the future of HR with high-quality networking in a uniquely Japanese setting. Experiencing Japan’s renowned culture of respect, professionalism, precision and attention to detail first-hand was every bit as impressive as the event itself, where every interaction – from the exchange of business cards to the perfectly timed programme – reflected the country's distinctive approach to business.
For Linguarama, the summit provided an excellent platform to strengthen relationships, raise
awareness of our language and intercultural training solutions, and explore new opportunities with HR leaders from across Japan. It was also a valuable chance to collaborate with colleagues from Marcus Evans Summits, reinforcing the strength of our wider Group while showcasing how language, culture and international business are intrinsically linked. As we continue to grow our brand in the Land of the Rising Sun, events like these help build lasting partnerships both externally and across the ME family.
